Joining the Internal Audit team in the Wroclaw CoE is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career. Established in July 2007, the Wroclaw CoE is already Credit Suisse’s second-largest office in the EMEA region. Wroclaw is Poland’s second major financial and the leading academic destination providing a large pool of talent across all areas of the bank. With European language capabilities and easily accessible, Wroclaw is well positioned as a near-shore location for Switzerland and London.

Responsibilities
  • The performance and management of on-site business audits of Wroclaw based functions, performance of remote audit services to other CS offices, as well as travel/ support for audits of EMEA branches
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Bank’s control environment, assessing compliance with laws, regulations and best practices, and identifying commercial and practical solutions to mitigate identified risks
  • Assistance with audit planning, including the performance of walk-throughs and the preparation of audit test procedures
  • Documentation of assigned audit procedures, identification of issues, presentation of findings to management and preparation of audit reports
  • Development and provision of centralised audit services to the wider CSG Internal Audit department, including continuous risk monitoring of business activities, and periodic analysis of business performance and Key Risk Indicators (KRI’s)

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, accountancy qualifications beneficial but not required
  • Prior audit or internal controls experiences (preferably within financial services or professional services)
  • Motivated and proactive professional with solid organizational and interpersonal skills, able to develop good working relationships with senior management across a variety of cultures
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluent spoken and written English
  • Any additional language knowledge (e.g. Russian, Italian, French, Spain, German, Portuguese, etc.) in written and spoken form is also an advantage but not essential
  • Willingness and ability to travel to other CS locations (<20%, mostly in Europe)

  1. Widzę, że znowu jest potrzebne doświadczenie z AW lub Kontroli Wewnętrznej.
    Dzisiaj rzeczywiście większość organizacji wymaga wiedzę i doświadczenie przede wszystkim z Kontroli Wewnętrznej opartej na obowiązującym od 2013 raporcie COSO 2013.
    Uwaga, poprzednie wydanie COSO, zwane dawniej „COSO I” przeszło do lamusa mimo, że jest wciąż sprzedawane na rynku jakby ta wersja była aktualna … Moim zdaniem jest to nieuczciwe!
