Due to extensive growth, our Client, a multinational company – leader in IT branch, is seeking to recruit an open-minded and ambitious individual to strengthen their Internal Audit services in the EMEA region. The successful candidate, located in Poland, will be responsible for performing audit assignments in the EMEA region. He or she will support the Internal Audit Director EMEA and will be offered unique possibilities for further developments.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Work independently on scope areas within the audit process
- Identify business risks and perform process risk assessments
- Evaluate internal controls and adequacy of documentation and records
- Support the EMEA internal audit team in meeting operational goals
- Prepare complete audit work products, including work papers, reports and provide recommendations
- Modify and develop audit programs as required
- Provide leadership or mentoring of new auditors
Requirements:
Degree in economics with focus on finance, accounting, management
Minimum 4 years of professional experience developed in internal/external audit
Fluency in English
Leadership and team working ability in a multicultural environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical skills and attention to details
Willingness to travel extensively in the EMEA region
