Key responsibilities may include:
- Performing internal controls review in line with the global audit plan defined
- Preparing management reporting packs for both Accenture and Client Management team
- Ongoing collaboration with the Client and presenting results from audits performed
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Coordinating of issue remediation and resolution process
- Developing and maintaining audit process methodologies and documentation
- Be a part of international team, build positive relations and teamwork
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in finance and accounting (including min. 1 year experience in global audit company)
- Knowledge of International Accounting Control Standards
- Understanding of operational and financial internal control requirements
- ACCA/CIA/KIBR finished or in progress will be an advantage
- Very good command of English, another language is an advantage
- Very good MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively and flexibly with operational teams from different global locations
- Readiness to work flexible hours as/when required e.g. early morning/late evening
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (interaction with Client”s Senior Management)
- Comfortable with managing conflicts
