In Summer 2016 new company will establish a Global Business Centre in Cracow. The scope of operations will include mainly Finance and Accounting as a strategic department in the Centre, HR and IT. Currently we recruit for the managerial and leadership roles to build the fundamentals and ensure the success of this project.

On the role you will be responsible for training and developing Supervisory staff to ensure operations remain optimal as well as providing guidance and assistance to Supervisory staff including long and short term goal setting. What is more your scope of duties will also include monitoring and reporting on operational results through the development of reporting and statistical analysis.

To be success on the role you need to have at least 3 years of Fraud experience (AML, KYC including). Solid experience in leading a big team is also required. The perfect candidate has bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and team building skills are also essential. Ability to communicate fluently in both English is required. Being fluent in Italian and/or French and/or German is preferred as well.
