Currently is looking for candidates for the position
Group Internal Auditor
- Act as the presence of Group Internal Audit in Country and manage Board level stakeholders
- The role reports to the Head of Audit for Central Europe and Turkey based in Poland
- Assessing Risk Environment and supporting the business in Risk Management
- Developing Annual Audit Plan and delivering Audit Plan through execution of Audits from Planning to Final Report Writing
- Assisting the Country Leadership team with successful delivery of Audit Next Steps
- Attending Committees and managing Store Compliance Audit function in countries including direct reports
- Building strong relationships with the One Europe Leadership Team to enable successful audits
- Dealing with adhoc Audit requests and assisting in investigation of Fraud
- Contribute to the Group Internal Audit Vision projects to deliver and sustain change
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related departments of reputable universities
- 5 years audit experience (preferably Big4)
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
- Exam qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA or country equivalent
- Strong commercial awareness and passion for retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills as well as gaining commitment
- Analysis, decision making skills as well as being team worker and problem solver
- Location: Krakow, Poland or Prague, Czech (20 – 40% of the role involves national and international travel)
