Internal Controls Analyst

We are looking for an Internal Controls Analyst  to support our Shared Service Centre in Poland.
While working as an Internal Controls Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining key security tables including tables related to Contract Security, Indirect Purchasing, and Billing Adjustments. This position also supports the testing of MSS LODZ SOX Controls and other controls as required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process access changes to appropriate tables in SAP.
• Bi-weekly reporting of user access in SAP and attaining appropriate approvals.
• Administration of annual Approval Stale Access Review Process.
• Leading small to medium size projects including the development of a project plan, managing a small project team, providing regular updates and related socialization and training.
• Conduct control testing for MSS LODZ and other sites as required.
• Monthly/quarterly control, checklist and metric activities.
• Assist with Annual SOX Auditing.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Min. 1 year experience for recent accounting graduate.
• Strong understanding of internal control environments and risk evaluation experience is required.
• Very good command of English (at least C1/C2).
• Demonstrated complex analytical skills and project leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations.
• Ability to implement process improvements and work under aggressive deadlines.
• Excellent Microsoft Offices skills.
• Solid understand or be able to easily learn database applications and other software as needed.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interaction, relationship management (oral and written) and customer service skills.
• Understanding of financial controls and Segregation of Duties issues.
• Good knowledge of technical activities and procedures to perform duties and a basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations.
• Ability to synthesize information and present logical recommendations.
