Opis stanowiska / Job description
-Create and drive financial planning including all monthly/quarterly/annual budgeting and forecasting process
-Preparing and operating a budget and analysis related to all business units
-Analyse and monitor the effect of budget changes on the business unit productivity
-Ensure that performance measurement meets corporate standard
-Participate in corporate strategic planning decisions
-Managing central finance department of one of business units
-Responsible for applying financial analysis to business issues and opportunities
-Ensure proper control of company assets through business reviews, business process reviews, margin analysis, permanent inventory taking, cash flow analysis, receivables and performance reviews.
-Present financial analysis of the general profit and loss at the national level in order to monitor gross profit and key financial performance figures
-Prepare costing analysis to improve the business performance
-Assure that all procedures are in accordance with internal policies and procedures as well as in compliance with local government laws and regulations
-Take part in the consolidation of the annual statements of all European activities
Kogo szukamy / Profile description
-A qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of finance/accounting experience
-Good understanding of accounting principles
-Strong costing control background
-Strong intellect combined with good strategic and analytical skills
-Strong leadership and managing skills
-Fluency in English is a must
-Strong knowledge of Excel
-Good computer skills.
-Data warehouse knowledge is a plus
-Experience working with a multi-national corporation is a plus
